Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of any quality issues or damaged items.
Review and Approval
Our quality control team will review your submission and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Pack and Ship
Securely package the unworn and unwashed items with the original tags attached, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your replacement items immediately.
