What is the turnaround time for custom DTF transfers?
Most orders are processed and printed within 24 to 48 hours. Shipping times vary based on your location in North Carolina or across the US, but we always prioritize speed to keep your production moving.
What file formats do you accept for custom designs?
We require high-resolution files for the best print quality. Please upload your designs in PNG format with a transparent background, at a minimum of 300 DPI.
How do I apply DTF transfers to my garments?
Our transfers should be applied using a commercial heat press at 300°F-320°F for 12-15 seconds with medium-to-firm pressure. We recommend a cold peel for the best finish.
Can I use DTF transfers on any fabric type?
Yes! One of the biggest advantages of DTF is its versatility. Our transfers work perfectly on 100% cotton, polyester, blends, and even nylon or canvas.
What is your return policy for custom prints?
Because custom transfers are manufactured to your specific artwork, we do not accept returns. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will gladly offer a replacement.
Do you offer bulk discounts for large apparel orders?
Absolutely. We offer tiered pricing for large-scale production runs and gang sheets. The more you print, the more you save per square inch.
